Our Classes
Ayhay has three multi-aged classes: Preschool (early childhood), Lower Elementary, and Upper Elementary.
All concepts and principles studied at school are linked and introduced through stories and work activities from the Bible. These are done during circle time and work time.
Preschool ( 3-6 years)
Subjects: Practical life, sensorial, language, science, mathematics, cultural studies, and arts.
The Early Childhood Program for children 3-6 years is prepared to meet the child's intellectual, emotional, physical, and social needs in a Montessori-prepared environment.
The Early Childhood three-year cycle allows children to move through the program at their developmental pace. Children are fully prepared for the Elementary program when they can complete the Early Childhood developmental level in an environment for their full range of academic and social needs.
Re/Enrollment fee: 230.000 MGA upon re/enrollment.
Tuition: 2.300.000 MGA per school year, possible payment in 10 installments
(230.000 MGA monthly).
School supplies are not included.
Lower elementary ( 6-9 years)
Subjects: language arts ( Great Lesson: The Story of Writing), mathematics (Great Lesson: The Story of Numerals), cultural subjects (Great Lessons: Coming of the Universe, Timeline of Life, Coming of Humans), science, practical life, peace education.
Dr. Montessori recognized the interconnectedness of all things and founded the Elementary program on the principle of "Cosmic Education."
The Lower Elementary students begin work towards abstraction of these concepts with materials. We focus on purposeful activities so your child has a strong foundation of mathematical knowledge. Our curriculum is reading-enriched, so your child is working on basic reading fundamentals to increase vocabulary and learn language structures.
Re/Enrollment fee: 230.000 MGA upon re/enrollment.
Tuition: 2.300.000 MGA per school year, possible payment in 10 installments (230.000 MGA monthly).

Upper elementary ( 9-12 years)
Subjects: language arts ( Great Lesson: The Story of Writing), mathematics (Great Lesson: The Story of Numerals), cultural subjects (Great Lessons: Coming of the Universe, Timeline of Life, Coming of Humans), science, practical life, peace education.
In the elementary grades, your child will learn to develop their social-emotional aspects and do capstone experiences. They will receive individualized instruction in all subject areas. The curriculum is highly individualized and enables your child to move at a pace appropriate for him. The child continually works on establishing individual friendships/relationships and learns to be a part of a larger community. The Elementary cultural curriculum can be connected with our Five Great Lessons, a springboard for all our Science, Geography, History, Botany, and Zoology work. Montessori Maths begins at the most concrete level, reinforcing concepts of quantity and symbol.
