The 3Ws and daily health check

Ayhay applies the 3Ws: Wear, Wash, and Watch. Everyone must make the 3Ws routine at school.

Wear our masks or face coverings, especially when physical distancing cannot be maintained. Wash our hands often with soap or sanitizer to combat any virus. Watch our distance at least 1m apart as possible. Students and school staff will undergo to daily health check.

Safety protocols

Cleaning and desinfecting  

The school janitors clean the classroom building and learning materials every day. Teachers sanitize their classrooms after in-person classes. Every week, the school does general disinfection of all rooms, classrooms, furnitures and playground.

Distance learning

Distance learning structure

Ayhay is committed to providing the best in academics for students with resilience. Distance learning is applied when in-person class is not possible:

  • Virtual classes are designed with google classroom where teachers provide distance learning activities.

  • Class virtual live meetings are scheduled once a week with google meet.

  • Parent-teacher reports are scheduled on Fridays in person or virtually.

  • Teachers are available for assistance during school days and hours.

  • Distance learning resources are prepared in hand at school for parents without an internet connection.

In-person classes structure and conditions

Safety above all!

Ayhay opens in-person classes during any pandemic if the government allows and if the school community commits to obey the safety rules: 

  • Safety protocols must be applied.

  • Outdoor learning activities are encouraged more than in-class activities.

  • Students are primarily divided into cohorts.

  • Tailor-made home activities are prepared by teachers for students to cover the gap of in-person classes.
